Madonna arrive forty minutes late and as a result many had to rush to get their last trains home.
Is this the way to treat fans?
A spokesman said that gig times are "only a guide". Really? Tell that to those fans who forked out a small fortune to see her and then had to either leave before the concert was finished or pay, in addition to far too expensive tickets, the taxi fare home.
Such are some megastars that can't be arsed to turn up on time (screw the "guidelines") and treat their fans with contempt.
A fan on the radio said that Transport for London should have made "contingency plans" in case the concert finished late. And how are they expected to put these contingency plans into work? Force train drivers and station staff to work overtime becuase one arrogant diva can't be bothered to turn up in time?
I think not.
